Provincial Affiliation is extended to men and women who contribute to the Brothers and ministries of the Province. Provincial affiliates are known for their contributions of time and energy over extended periods to the efforts of the Brothers. Their giving is selfless, without expectation of personal gain or employ.

In order to extend affiliation, a Brother or community can submit a letter to the Provincial Council, requesting consideration for the affiliation. After deliberation, the Council may extend provincial affiliation and will inform the Brothers of the Province and the local community. The Provincial Affiliation will be extended within a community liturgy, followed by a celebration with the local community.

Provincial affiliates share in the prayers and spiritual benefits of the Brothers of the Province. They will be invited to all appropriate Province gatherings; they will be part of the information network of the Province. They will be invited to participate more fully in contributing to the future efforts and to the development of the Province.
