Mount Saint Michael's Junior Class Participates in Service Day
In order to help the students at Mt. St. Michael better understand the needs of our world and engage in compassionate response, the Campus Ministry department at The Mount dedicates one full school day each year (by grade) to take students out into the community for a Day of Service. On Wednesday, October 12, 2016, Campus Minister Brian Poulin assigned students from the junior class to many different sites around the community such as Habitat for Humanity, nursing homes, and childcare centers. During this Bicentennial Year these class days of service are being coordinated in conjunction with the upcoming National Marist Day of Service on March 29th, 2017.
